Holly Farm Business Park is a Business Centre with units to let and offices to let. The site is well located near to the village of Honiley on the A4177 road, which lies off the Warwick to Birmingham road the A4177 / A4141. The M40 motorway has a major junction within 8 miles, providing direct access to Birmingham, Banbury, Oxford and London. Access to the M1, M6 and M42 is relatively easy due to excellent road communications within the area. The A46 Warwick by pass lies within 4 miles and terminates in Coventry, providing direct links to the motorway network.
